Hiding Behind Email: Digital Conflict Resolution?

I have become fascinated with the amount of unproductive time being invested by colleagues engaged in failed attempts at digital conflict resolution.  Remove your fingers from the keyboard, pick up the phone or better yet go meet with your colleague and resolve the issue.
